What if the biggest thing slowing your shop down ISN'T your technicians?
It's almost never effort. It's flow. And once you can see where yours actually breaks, you can fix it without hiring another tech, renting another bay, or buying another thing.
Come learn the SECRET most profitable shops run on. Join Dave Luehr and co-host Jon Parker to work on your shop instead of in it. It's time to eliminate chaos, and increase productivity, efficiency, and revenue. This system works for any shop — any size, DRP or not.
Busy isn't the same as profitable.
Your parking lot is full. Your techs are working hard. Your phone won't stop ringing. And somehow the numbers at the end of the month still don't look like they should.
Here's what's actually happening: cars aren't moving through your shop. They're sitting in it. Every car that sits is cash tied up, cycle time climbing, admin costs stacking, and a customer calling for updates. You don't have a work problem. You have a flow problem.
Which is why the instinct to fix it with more cars backfires. You can't sell your way out of a broken production system. Adding work to a shop that already has poor flow doesn't make the constraint disappear. It makes the line longer, and your existing customers wait even more.
And flow doesn't come from working harder. It comes from velocity: the high-performance business model the best shops run on.
To be clear: Velocity is not another software system. There's nothing to buy, install, or rip out. It's a way of running the shop you already have, using the numbers you already have.
This workshop is for you if...
You are dealing with...
- Unpredictable production and broken delivery promises
- Techs constantly stopping and restarting
- High WIP with no clear path to reduce it
- Marketing spend that doesn't convert the way it should
- Feeling busy but not actually getting ahead
- A gut feeling that something is off, but no idea what it is or where it's hidden
And you want to achieve...
- Increased throughput, without adding chaos
- Reduced cycle time, consistently
- Reduced WIP, consistently
- A customer experience that generates referrals automatically
- Differentiation from MSOs and DRP competitors on trust, not price
- Operational excellence as your number one marketing advantage
If you implement what you learn in this workshop, you'll see a minimum improvement in throughput (aka "global productivity") of 20%. For most shops, a 20% throughput gain without adding any overhead means you double your net profit.
This works for any shop. Any size, any volume, DRP or non-DRP, one bay or ten locations. Velocity is about how work moves through the shop you already have — the physics of that don't change based on who sends you the car.
Introducing The Elite Velocity System™

Better Production Flow
Reduced Cycle Time
Predictable Delivery Performance
Increased Throughput
Higher Quality Through Repeatable Systems
Greater Customer Trust & Referrals
What you'll walk away with
Your real numbers, worked live, so you leave ready to implement.
Your optimum WIP, calculated
Little's Law on your real numbers. Exactly how much work your shop should have on the property. Not a guess.
Your bottleneck, on paper
The one constraint setting the pace for your whole shop, and which fix moves the needle first.
A scheduling system that runs itself
The simple triage-and-slot method used by some of the most profitable shops in North America.
A path to 20%+ more throughput
The "slow down to go faster" shift, plus the moves that make it real instead of a slogan.
What you'll get from this workshop
The Velocity Flywheel
How top-performing shops create a self-reinforcing cycle of systems, accountability, smart scheduling, production flow, and predictable delivery, so growth feeds itself.
Why Car Counts Are Really Dropping
Hint: it's not your marketing. Why operational performance is the number one driver of referrals, DRP retention, and customer loyalty, and how to fix what's actually broken.
A Smarter Way to Schedule and Manage WIP
Stop overloading your shop. Learn how to control work-in-process so every job moves forward without bottlenecks or firefighting.
The Pull Production Framework
The same principles that transformed manufacturing, applied specifically to collision repair. Fewer restarts, fewer mistakes, more cars out the door.
Your Roadmap to High Velocity
Leave with a clear, actionable plan to implement the Elite Velocity System in your operation, starting the day after the workshop.
Five hours. Five working sessions.
This isn't five hours of sitting in a chair while somebody talks at you. We run simulations, work with your numbers, and apply the thinking to how collision shops actually operate.
First, we identify what's really stopping your flow
Most shops have a slowdown area or a full stopping point. It might be production, parts, blueprinting or paint — or it might not be a department at all, but technical capacity, scheduling or communication. We call it your constraint. We'll use systems thinking to find yours, and you'll see how easy it is to make one department more efficient while making the whole shop less efficient. As Jon Parker puts it: doing the wrong things righter.
Then, you experience it through real-world examples
We take what you've learned and put it to work in a simulation exercise. You'll break into groups and watch what happens when local efficiency improves while overall velocity gets worse. You will actually see work stack up. Then we debrief and connect it back to where this is happening in your shop.
Next, we put your numbers around it
WIP, cycle time, throughput and cash flow. We use a Velocity strategy to calculate your optimum WIP so you start seeing your shop as a system instead of a count of cars sitting around. Because more cars in the building doesn't mean more production — if the flow is broken, more work makes your current customers wait longer. That's not growth, that's congestion.
Then, we simulate the production system again
One of the most powerful parts of the day. A different simulation, this time demonstrating variability, dependency and the controlled constraint. You'll experience what happens when you try to eliminate buffers, then what happens when you add them. We introduce Theory of Constraints and show why focusing on the right constraint improves the performance of the entire system.
Finally, this is where it gets interesting: flow that sells work
What if fixing your flow could help you sell more work without costing you a dime? Most shops think the only options are more work, more techs, more space, more overhead. Fix the flow first — find the constraint, reduce unnecessary WIP, create consistency, improve throughput — then find the capacity you already have. And operational excellence becomes a sales point: consistency creates trust, and trust is a competitive advantage. That's what we mean when we say operational excellence is the ultimate marketing strategy.
PLUS SO MUCH MORE...
Come ready to work. Bring your numbers, bring your questions, and bring your key people so they learn it alongside you — implementation is far easier when the whole team shares the same understanding of the outcome.
Learn from the two people who wrote the playbook
Dave Luehr
Obsessed with shop efficiency since 1992, when he first read The Goal and discovered the Theory of Constraints. By combining TOC with the Toyota Production System, Dave has helped collision shops hit world-class throughput and profit. Founder of Elite Body Shop Solutions and author of The Secrets of America's Greatest Body Shops.
Jon Parker
One of the collision industry's leading visionaries in applying the Theory of Constraints. He pioneered Bodyshop Revolution, a globally adopted workflow system built to hit cycle times of 3 days or less, and ran one of the UK's fastest-growing repair groups. His shops average a 2.5-day cycle time.
A look inside our last workshop
Here's a quick sneak peek at what a Velocity workshop actually feels like.
"The answer wasn't more effort, it was a better system. Our touch time is now 2x and our cash flow is 2x better too."
Two New Bonuses Added To Increase ROI
Due to high demand, we decided to add these two bonuses to help YOU with the step-by-step implementation support you need. Don't miss grabbing these bonuses.

The full workshop, recorded
Five hours is a lot to absorb in one sitting, and the people who need this most are usually the ones who couldn't be there. You'll get the complete recording of the session to review at your own pace and to walk your team through, so the plan you build on September 10 is one your whole shop understands.
Come back to the WIP calculation when you're actually doing it. Replay the constraint discussion for the manager who wasn't in the room. Use it as onboarding for the next person you hire.
Available to registrants who attend the live session.

How your CSR can sell you to any customer
Stop letting good repair opportunities slip away because your CSRs don't know what to say, or what to ask next. This ready-to-use playbook puts the Velocity selling process directly in your CSR's hands, with simple prompts for both phone calls and in-person conversations.
It helps your team lead with empathy, uncover what the customer actually needs, explain how your shop will deliver, confidently ask for the appointment, and capture the insurance and scheduling details. It isn't another training manual. It's a working tool your CSRs keep beside them every day to capture more of the opportunities already coming through your door — including insurance leads that may be getting steered elsewhere. Includes the CSR Worksheet to help with implementation.
Available to registrants immediately after the workshop ends.

Questions, answered
It's virtual. Will I actually get anything done?
Yes. This is a live, interactive, value-packed working session, not a webinar you half-watch. You'll leave with your optimum WIP calculated, your bottleneck identified, and a scheduling system built on your own numbers, all worked live from the seat you're sitting in.
I've been to workshops before. How is this different?
Not like this one. We go through multiple simulations using your own numbers. You will see the potential and be given the steps to build your system to be more streamlined, more efficient, and ultimately more profitable.
Can I send my manager?
Yes, but owners who attend get the most out of it. One long-time member sent his team for years before coming himself. His words: "that's where the gap started. I should have come to the first one."
What do I need?
Your management system numbers (we'll tell you which ones ahead of time) and 5 hours of uninterrupted time so you can focus and go deep. The more focused time and effort you put in, the more you will get out.
Does this work for a shop like mine?
Yes. Any size, any volume, DRP or non-DRP, single location or multi. We have run this with one-bay independents and with MSOs, and the system is the same because the constraint is always somewhere. What changes is which constraint you find, and you'll find yours using your own numbers on the day.
