Hotel reservations are not included in workshop tuition. We negotiate a group room rate for multi-day workshops. 

Once you've registered for a workshop, you will be directed to a confirmation page with the information to reserve your room at the group rate (if there is one).

Any meals included in your tuition are specified on the workshop description page. Most, but not all, workshops include lunch. If a particular workshop includes any other meals, it will be stated in the workshop description.

Yes, you can. We can send you an invoice to pay by check, money order or ACH (instructions will be on the invoice). However, we cannot guarantee your registration(s) until payment is received.

Life happens and we get it. If you register for a workshop and cannot attend for any reason, we will work with you. 

• 30 days or more before the workshop, we will give you a full refund of your tuition. 
• Less than 30 days before the workshop, you can transfer your tuition to another workshop, either a different topic or the next time we hold the workshop you originally registered for. 

If you attend any of the Elite Academy workshops and don't learn anything or get anything out of the training, we will refund your full tuition. 

Your tuition includes a workbook designed to help you not only build a custom action plan for your shop, but also an implementation plan. 

Our goal is for your plan to be able to be applied immediately upon returning to the shop!

No, these workshops are only available in-person. The training is designed to encourage interaction and group brainstorming, so you walk away with the best action plan possible for your shop.
