Dave Luehr has been fascinated with body shop production systems ever since 1992 when he read Goldratt’s revolutionary book, The Goal, on the subject of the Theory of Constraints (TOC). Using a combination of TOC and the Toyota Production System (TPS), Dave has achieved throughput and profitability in shops at world class levels. Dave is considered one of the industry’s leading experts on operations and production management and shares his mastery with a simple and practical teaching style that any shop can apply.

Fueled by way too much coffee, Ryan Taylor started his first shop at the age of 17. Through unconventional means he rapidly grew to 8 locations and a large national hail team fixing over 25,000 vehicles per year. After a successful exit in 2014, Ryan founded Bodyshop Booster and channeled his passion for the industry into building software solutions for collision repair shops around the globe. Ryan has also become an advisor and coach to fortune 500 companies like Toyota, Lexus and BMW.
