Dave Luehr has been fascinated with body shop production systems ever since 1992 when he read Goldratt’s revolutionary book, The Goal, on the subject of the Theory of Constraints (TOC). Using a combination of TOC and the Toyota Production System (TPS), Dave has achieved throughput and profitability in shops at world class levels.
