  • Design your “optimum” work-in-process levels to manage to.
  • Dealing with tow-ins and non-drives.
  • How to schedule “priority customers.”
  • Getting the proper mix of small, medium, and large sized repairs.

 

MODULE 2: Repair planning accuracy.

Everyone knows the importance of accurate estimates, but few know how to do it consistently. In module two of Fundamentals of Operational Success, learn our 'one touch' approach to getting repair plans right the first time.

  • Two primary appraisal methods.
