Dave’s expertise in creating memorable customer experiences dates back to the early 1990’s where he grew his shop from zero to a million dollars entirely on word of mouth. With a deep understanding of behavioral science and collision customer buying habits, Dave challenges his clients to think more like a hospitality business to organically and dramatically grow their body shops.

Brent Henkle

Brent Henkle has worked in many production environments going back to his involvement with General Motors. With experience working at CCC Information Systems and managing a large multi-store body shop, Brent now combines his experiences as Elite’s Training Manager where he passionately teaches shops how to use technology to build powerful and profitable systems.

Mark Utzig

Profit Builders Plus Founder

Mark Utzig grew up in his father’s collision repair shop and worked there through high school and college. He left collision to work as a credit analyst for a Fortune 500 Company and then as a cost accountant for a major road construction company.

Upon returning to his roots in collision as a CFO, Mark helped grow an independent collision repair business into a regional MSO with 12 locations.

Today, Mark helps shops that don’t have the resources for a full-time CFO to grow with his industry background and financial expertise.
