Questions, answered
Do I have to be a Mastermind member to come?
Not this year. The event has always been members-only — this is the first time we’ve opened seats to Elite clients. If you’re a Horizon member, an OML member, or you’ve been part of the Elite world before, you can buy a ticket.
What does $1,500 cover?
Two people from your shop, for the whole three days — both training days, the awards banquet, the Tuesday kickback and the Friday outing. You cover flights and your hotel room.
Can I bring a third person?
Email us and we’ll sort it out. The ticket is built around two because that’s what fits the room.
Who should I bring?
Whoever will actually change something when they get home. Usually the GM or production manager. Owners who come alone get less out of it than the ones who bring the person who has to execute.
Will I be the outsider in a room of members?
No. Most of the room has been coming for years, and they are the reason it’s worth attending — they’ll talk to you about your numbers on day one. Come with a specific problem and you’ll find someone who has solved it.
What’s the difference between this and a workshop?
A workshop teaches you the model. This is three days inside a working group of shops applying it, plus the conversations between sessions that no recording captures.
I’m a Mastermind member. Do I pay?
