Get in the room with the shops already running the numbers you want.
The Elite Mastermind meets in person once a year. Join before the room fills and this is where your membership starts.
15 minutes. We'll tell you straight whether it's a fit for your shop right now.
The conversations you'll never hear.
The owner who found the process change that lifted throughput. The operator who finally fixed the staffing leak. The one who shares the mistake that saves you a year.
None of it gets recorded. None of it gets emailed out afterward.
It happens in the room, and then it's gone.
You didn't run out of effort. You ran out of room.
You've read the books. Done the workshops. Fixed the obvious stuff. And there's still a ceiling that more hours won't break.
Part of the reason: you're the smartest person in your building. Everyone around you works for you, sells to you, or is married to you.
Owners who break through almost never do it alone.
Three days that don't feel like a conference
What the room feels like
FROM OWNERS WHO'VE BEEN
Be in the room.
Be part of what happens next.
Not a course. A room you belong to.
The peer group
Owners who've already solved what you're stuck on, working on each other's businesses all year.
Dave and the team
Direct access to the people who built the Elite Velocity System, on your actual numbers.
Accountability
You commit in front of the group. They follow up. That's the gap between knowing and done.
The live event
Three days in person each year, included for you and a guest. Two people per shop.

Three steps, starting with a conversation
Book a call
15 minutes on your shop, your numbers, and what you're actually trying to change. No pitch deck.
We both decide
If it's not right for where you are, we'll say so and point you at the step that is.
Meet the room
Book your room in the group block and start your membership face to face, not on a screen.
Questions, answered
What does it cost?
Depends on your shop and the level of support that makes sense. That's the honest reason it isn't listed — 15 minutes gets you a straight number instead of a guess.
Can I just buy a ticket to Nashville?
No. The event is for members and their guests. It's built around a group that already works together all year — that's what makes it worth attending.
Is my shop big enough?
Less about size, more about stage. Fundamentals in place and building something bigger? You'll fit. Firefighting daily? We'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.
What does the event cost if I join?
Registration is included for you and a guest, two people per shop. You cover flights and your hotel room.
Who should I bring?
Whoever will actually change something when they get home. Usually the GM or production manager.
I've done a workshop with you already.
Workshops teach the model. The Mastermind is about implementing it, with a group that holds you to it.
What if I can't make October?
Join anyway and start on the calls. But if you can make it work, do — three days in person compresses about a year of relationship building.
October 7–9. Nashville.
The only question is whether you're in the room.
Another year working it out alone, or three days with people who already have.
