For you and one guest — two people per shop. You arrange your own flights and hotel room.
- Two full training days — Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Every session with all six presenters, plus Q&A throughout.
- Tuesday hotel kickback from 5:30 PM — optional, informal.
- Cocktails and the awards banquet — Thursday, 6:30 to 9:00 PM.
- Friday group outing at Swerv Racing Lounge, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Catering across the event days, which is why we need your RSVP by October 1.

Getting There
Your pre-Nashville checklist
- RSVP so we have your name and your guest's name for badges and catering.
- Book your room under Group ID 10171426 before Friday, September 4 — and call the hotel direct if you want extra nights.
- Book flights arriving Tuesday afternoon and departing Friday afternoon or later.
- Pack business casual for the training days and Thursday's reception.
- Throw in a jacket. Training room and event space temperatures swing about.
- Bring your numbers. Cycle time, touch time, WIP, close ratio — whatever you want a second opinion on.
- Bring one specific problem you want solved before you fly home.

The Drury Plaza is walking distance to most of this. Several of the Elite team are locals — ask them for more.

Does this cost me anything?
No. Registration is included in your Mastermind membership for you and one guest — two people per shop. You cover your own travel and hotel room.
Who should I bring as my guest?
Most members bring their GM or production manager. Some bring a spouse who's a partner in the business. Entirely your call — we just need the name for the badge and catering.
Can I come Wednesday and skip Tuesday night?
Yes. Tuesday evening is optional — check-in on Wednesday is at 8:30 AM.
What if my plans change after I RSVP?
Email Amy Resinger by October 1 so we can adjust catering and badges. After that we may not be able to make changes.
Can I bring a third person?
Yes — email Amy Resinger for pricing. Your membership covers two, so anyone beyond that is an add-on.
What if I want to stay in Nashville longer?
Call the Drury directly to add nights either side. The group booking only covers the event dates.
Do I need to book my own hotel room?
Yes. Book online through the group link above, or call 1-800-325-0720 with Group ID 10171426. Do it before September 4 — that's when the block closes.
What time should I fly home Friday?
The group outing runs 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so book an afternoon flight or later if you want to be there.
